Renovating this original 1950’s Marine Terrace home was a breeze as the homeowner’s are custom home builders and interior designers in Arizona who wanted a vacation home in Santa Barbara. Marble waterfall countertops, all new windows and doors, metal roof and skylights, open kitchen shelving and many more custom designs helped to bring this 50’s track home into the 21stcentury.
