This East Coast inspired custom home was a special project for Brian as this was one of the last homes his father, long time Santa Barbara architect Jim Zimmerman designed before his passing away. The clients had always wanted to build their own home and settled on Santa Barbara for their retirement. Construction began after Jim’s untimely death and many design elements still needed to be worked out. But the father son team had collaborated on many projects over the years and Brian along with interior designer Debra Lynn Henno carried out Jim’s vision.
